AI coaching, in your voice.
For entrepreneurs and small teams.
Less weight. More room. A second mind to think with.
My role isn't to teach you AI. It's to understand you, in the way you actually work. Your habits, your rhythms, the shape of your day. And then to weave the tools in, at your pace.
When you run a business or a small team, your day is already full. What I offer isn't AI. It's a way of bringing it into your work that augments how you already operate, without disrupting it.
About Frank
What this is, in three parts.
A real conversation about how you actually work.
We start from your week: what took your time, what only moves when you're the one doing it, what keeps coming back. Then we look at what's been waiting. The project you haven't launched. The decision you haven't had time to think through. The writing that recurs but never gets easier.
You leave with a clear read of where you stand, and two experiments to try this week.
Six sessions. Real things built.
Six weekly sessions where we shape Claude around how you actually work. We give it your voice, your way of thinking, your tone. We launch your first workspace for the area that matters most, and start crafting skills for the actions you repeat every week.
By the end, a project you've been carrying has moved forward. The weight starts to lift.
Yours, after we stop working together.
Claude knows your voice principles. Your skills handle the work that used to wait on you. Your workspace runs the way you think, not the way a generic AI thinks you should.
Things move: the follow-ups, the weekly brief, the draft that arrives and just needs sending. Things ship: the offer that's been at 80% for six months, the case study sitting in a folder unused. It compounds, and it's yours to keep.
Structural, not aspirational.
After twenty-five years of running things and the last few of running them with AI, this is how I've seen it unfold.
Most people sit between two levels. The Discovery session places you and names the gap.

How we start.
A 15-minute connect call.
Short, no obligation. We see whether there's a fit. If there isn't, you've lost fifteen minutes. If there is, we book the next conversation.
If you've been meaning to do something about AI for a while and not sure where to start, this is the call.
A 60-minute Discovery session.
An hour to understand your world, your needs, and where there's weight to lift.
In the hour, together:
Where you sit on the 5 Levels of AI Fluency. What your next step in capability could be. Any questions you've been wanting to ask but haven't had the right person for.
In the days after:
A written document twenty-four hours later. Two experiments to try this week. A clear sense of whether working together makes sense.
Preferential rate for the first 15 entrepreneurs registering, as I launch this practice.
Coaching Together, if we both want to continue.
Six weekly sessions. Here's what we build:
Claude, shaped to you. We give Claude a personality that matches yours: your tone, your instincts, your way of thinking. It remembers how you work, so every interaction starts from understanding, not from scratch.
Your voice, recognised. We define your voice principles so that what Claude writes for you sounds like you wrote it. Proposals, emails, client notes, all in your register.
A workspace for your area. We launch your first working environment around the area that matters most to your operation, whether that's client work, content, hiring, or admin.
Skills for your recurring work. We craft dedicated skills for the actions you repeat: drafting proposals, preparing briefs, following up, summarising meetings. The things that take your time and shouldn't.
Good practice that sticks. You learn how to work with Claude well. The habits, the shortcuts, the extra tools that make the interaction feel natural rather than technical.
One project you've been carrying, brought visibly forward.
Currently accepting a small number of first-cohort clients through summer 2026.
